Features

Everything a hail operation runs on.

From the first VIN on the lot to the statement that bills the account. Every figure on every screen comes from one calculation, so the estimate, the PDF, payroll and the invoice can never disagree.

Estimating

Priced from your matrix, never from a per-dent guess.

A PDR panel costs what it costs to fix — a set price for a panel, at a dent size, in a severity band. Dent count selects the band; it never multiplies a rate. That is how the whole system prices, in every mode.

The count picks the band. It never multiplies a rate. The dashed line is what multiplying would do — by 200 dents it is asking forty times the price of five, which is not what the repair costs.

Severity bands
Nine bands from Very Light (1–5) through Ceiling (201–250), each with its own price per panel and dent size. Bands are yours to define and re-price at any time.
One shared matrix
Insurance, retail and wholesale all price from the same hail matrix. Changing a cell changes it everywhere, so there is no second copy to drift.
Upcharges
Aluminum, glue pull, oversize (percentage or flat) and double panel, applied on top of the band price with your own percentages.
Flat pricing
Any panel can carry an agreed flat price instead. Flat mode hides every band control and shows one figure, editable straight in the line row.
R&I and R&R
A parts catalogue priced per vehicle class, with labour billed as hours × your rate. R&I and R&R stay distinct because they cost differently.
Sales tax
Parts-only or parts-and-labour, at an org default, a per-account rate, or a per-estimate override. Discounts reduce the taxable base proportionally.
Line designations
Prior damage, not related to loss, betterment with an amount, appearance allowance, and OEM / aftermarket / LKQ / reconditioned part type.
On the lot

Written where the car is.

A catastrophe deployment is a tent, a phone and a row of cars. The builder is designed for that first and a desk second.

Tap the car, not a form

A proportional vehicle map heat-mapped by your own severity bands. Eight body types are drawn — including two-doors and regular cabs, which simply do not show rear doors. Tap a panel to write its line.

VIN-aware

Decode the VIN to fill year, make, model and body style, and the diagram picks its layout from it. Parts price against the resulting vehicle class.

Aluminum, flagged

Aluminum carries a real upcharge. The builder knows which panels a given vehicle is commonly built from aluminum and offers to mark them — it never applies the charge on its own.

Photos on the line

Evidence attaches to the specific line it justifies, not a loose gallery — so two lines on the same panel keep their own proof.

Saves itself

Autosave with a save state that tells the truth, and a hard stop if a second estimator saved while you were editing.

Reads like an estimate

Sections in printing order, continuous line numbers you can cite on the phone, operation codes, and band ranges — never a raw dent count.
Documents

Paperwork an adjuster takes seriously.

Five documents, all generated live from the estimate, all carrying the identity and disclosures that separate an estimate from a printout.

What the customer and the adjuster read. Line by line with operation codes and band ranges — never a raw dent count — plus the responsibility split and a greyscale damage map that survives a black-and-white print.

Customer estimate

Line-by-line with operation codes and band ranges, the responsibility split, and a greyscale damage map that survives a black-and-white print.

Invoice

The same figures, as an amount due. Validity wording is correctly omitted — an invoice is not an estimate.

Repair authorization

Terms, the supplement clause, your warranty statement and a signature block.

Photo damage sheet

Photos grouped under the line they document and tagged 6a, 6b so a figure can be followed to the photograph and back.

Adjuster package

Estimate, photo proof and authorization combined into one file to send.

Customer link

A read-only web page for the customer, revocable at any time, never indexed, and carrying nothing internal.
On every document
Legal business name, address, phone, email, license or registration number and tax ID.
Provenance
Estimate number, revision (Original or Supplement N), who prepared it and when.
Disclosure
The rates in force — R&I hourly, the PDR band basis, sublet treatment and the sales tax rate.
Standing
Your validity period, and your warranty wording on the estimate and authorization.
Versions

Supplements that hold up, and a save you can undo.

Once an estimate is sent it becomes the version of record for payroll and audit. Changes go through a supplement, and nothing is ever quietly overwritten.

Locked versions

A sent or approved estimate cannot be edited. Creating a supplement asks for a reason code — hidden damage, adjuster directed, price correction, added panel — which prints with it.

New and changed, marked

Every line on a supplement is marked against the version it replaces, so an adjuster sees exactly what moved. Original and current compare side by side.

Every save checkpointed

History shows what changed at each point, who changed it and the total at the time. Restore any point in one click.

Restore re-prices

Restoring replays the line inputs through the same calculation, so a checkpoint can never reinstate a stale price. The restore is itself a checkpoint.
Payroll

Pay the crew the way you actually pay them.

Five compensation types, each technician computed independently by their own — nobody's arrangement changes anyone else's number.

How this technician is paid

A percentage of the work, after the facility fee comes off.

RO subtotal
$820.00
The work on the car.
Facility fee (10%)
− $82.00
Charged to the tech, not the customer.
Commissionable base

What the split is taken from.
  • MR
    Marcus R.Commission

    Commission: $295.20 (40% own rate × $820.00 of $820.00 work)

    $295.20

Each technician is computed by their own type. Nobody's arrangement changes anybody else's, and the facility fee comes off the base before the split — never after.

Commission
A share of the post-fee commissionable base, at that technician's own rate, weighted by the work they actually did.
Hourly
Hours × their rate.
Flag hours
Flagged time × the flag rate.
Salary
A fixed period amount.
Per panel
A rate per panel repaired.
Per-line splits
A single line can be split between technicians by percentage — the roof was two people, so the pay is two people.
Facility fee
Deducted from the commissionable base BEFORE the split is calculated, never after.

My Paycheck

Every technician sees their own period, line by line, from the same numbers the shop sees.

Reports

Revenue, technicians, pricing modes and cycle time, exportable to CSV.
Who pays

Carriers, dealers, fleets and rental.

Hail work is not only insurance. Every account type carries its own commercial terms and the app enforces them.

Account profiles

Labour rate, tax treatment, payment terms and contacts per account — applied automatically to any RO billed to them.

Approval thresholds

An account's authorised ceiling is enforced in the builder before an estimate can be sent.

Consolidated statements

Bill a whole dealer or fleet account at once instead of one RO at a time.
Running the shop

The rest of the day.

Everything around the estimate, in the same system and the same numbers.

Repair orders

Intake, status pipeline, assignments, cycle timestamps, photos, notes and a full activity trail per RO.

Contacts and vehicles

Customers and their vehicles, linked to history so a returning car is recognised.

Conversations

SMS and email threaded per contact and per RO, with templates.

Invoices and POs

Invoicing off the approved estimate, plus purchase orders for parts.

Staff and roles

Owners, admins and members, with custom roles and per-user accessibility preferences.

Dashboard

The shop at a glance — pipeline, revenue and what needs attention.

See it against your own matrix.

Set up your panel prices and severity bands, then write a real estimate. It takes one storm to know whether it fits how you work.
